Recommendations
The strengths of this resource are:
- the affordable, flexible, and well-organized platform
- inclusion of excellent resources with direct relevance to Extension programming
- inclusion of learning objectives with each activity and discussion guide
- scoping and sequencing that allows lessons to build on one another
- ease of transfer between users
Users should note that:
- some of the activities may be challenging for facilitators to adapt based on youth participant needs
We think these things could help with the concerns:
- including people with expertise in the topic of disability to act as guides/supports for educators and volunteers
