Your Thoughts Matter, developed by Ohio State University Extension, provides a 10-lesson curriculum for youth in middle and high school. It covers understanding mental health and its impact, mental health behaviors and disorders, stigma, as well as self-help and resources. This curriculum is not designed to support individuals in crisis.
